And this morning I ran around taking photos of my samplers on the walls because I finally figured out the Macro setting on my camera! It makes close up photos so much easier, even in the dark wall of my staircase. So I went a little overboard but thought it was fun and wasn't sure what to do with the photos so this is always a good spot to put them, lol.

The above photo is a little sneak peek of a sampler I'll be releasing soon...

Oooooh, I love that sewing basket and thimble-what a terrific find! It found a perfect home with you. I love your close-up shots--it is rather like a puzzle to identify the designs that they are from.
ReplyDeleteAnd the Monkey Underwear sampler--I CANNOT wait!!!!! for that one.

ReplyDeletewow! love all the pictures .. you have some very lovely samplers :) The little house in the last picture, with the flowers and sun, just makes me smile :)
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, I just discovered the Macro setting on my digital about 2 weeks ago and I've this camera for about 3 years now. I can admit it now. LOL Great picture, Deborah. Love the detail that the setting gives. Wish I knew it was there sooner! Takes me awhile...I found other cool settings too. LOL

ReplyDeleteYour samplers are beautiful and I *love* seeing the closeups. I recently purchased a new digital cam and went overboard too, too much fun! :-)
ReplyDeleteYou have made such wonderful samplers, Deborah. So much to be proud of. I can't wait for the newest to come out. I used one of yours with the angel and "Heavens Above" for the top of my Neighborhood RR, and I think it's awesome! When it comes back to me, I'll send you a picture.
